My family

I live with my husband of 20+ years and our three cats in Marion Heights. We have two amazing children, who both graduated from Mount Carmel Area and were active in the MCA Big Red Band. You may have even seen my husband and I helping out at the concession stand during home games! Our daughter works in a local green house and our son is currently pursuing a degree in Digital Forensics at Bloomsburg University.

My philosophy: Relationships over transactions

My number one goal, each and every day, is to build relationships over transactions. But, what exactly does that mean? Simply put, at the end of the day, I care about your needs – your experience with your home buying or selling process is very important to me. In order to achieve that goal, I subscribe to the following core beliefs when working with clients

  • Integrity: To ensure a successful relationship, I may not always tell you what you want to hear, but I will always tell you what you need to know.
  • Communication: The number one thing I hear from my clients is that they have worked with agents in the past who they never hear from. Know upfront that I am not that agent. If I am not immediately available, I WILL PROMPTLY RETURN YOUR CALLS, ALWAYS!
  • Respect: Another common thing I hear is that many agents don’t treat their clients with respect. I will NEVER disrespect a client. You can also be sure that, if I am referring you to a lender, closing company, or some other service provider, they will treat you with respect — and if they don’t, I want to know about it!
  • Satisfaction: Your price point doesn’t dictate how I treat you and the work I do for you. Should we choose to work together, you will always receive the same level of service from me: 110%! When it comes to helping you buy or sell a home, I WORK FOR YOU, and my goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your home buying or selling experience.

Having long term stability in the company I work with, and working alongside people I knew would have my back was a super important factor in deciding on where to hang my license.

My Profession

You may be wondering why I became a Realtor®. The answer is simple. It comes down to family. My father and both of my mother’s parents were licensed real eatate professionals. I grew up around people who found joy in helping others make one of the biggest decisions of their lives. Seeing their satisfaction and sense of pride from helping others fulfill their dreams of home ownership made a huge impact on my life. I genuinely enjoy helping people. I will be there with you every step of the way, whether you are buying, selling, or both. I want to see that you get exactly what you are hoping for when our journey together comes to an end. If that’s settling into your first new home, your last new home, or somewhere in between, I want you to look back on our time together and know that I was there, guiding your journey to a successful conclusion. Due to my strong work ethic and drive to serve my clients to the best of my ability, I not only work days, I also work nights and weekends! Because, let’s be honest here, you have a crazy life and schedule, and your Realtor® needs to be able to accommodate you, not the other way around!
